WHAT IS ARPA?
APRA (Automotive Parts Rebuilders Association) is a global association with more than 2,000 member companies. These companies employ more than 200,000 people  and earn revenues of approx. 25 billion euros. The membership consists of private, independent remanufacturers/rebuilders, component manufacturers and vehicle manufacturers. The companies range in size from small to medium to large, but they all have the same objective: to remanufacture automotive components of excellent quality that will save you money.

The Association’s objective is to promote the general business interests of the remanufacturing industry and foster the spirit of recycling for a better environment. It also provides members with forums to interact and consult with each other on issues affecting the entire industry.

APRA has a European Division, which is responsible for the content of this web site.  It pursues the same objectives as the global association, but also focuses on issues more specific to Europe. The prevailing principle is “think globally and act locally”.
